We are one of the three villas in the Eshara estate, offering a perfect spot for everyone from small families and romancing couples to a small/large group of friends. Our villa is located off a quiet street, about 300 meters from the bustling shops, restaurants, and beaches of Seminyak. The facility is also a few strolls-away from the staggering array of self-indulgent pleasures of Eat Street featuring stunning spas, bars, fines dining restaurants, cheerful cafes, boutiques, and pulsating nightspots.

Outdoor and pool area
Everything at Villa Eshara 1 has been done to perfection, and this starts right from the outdoors. The L-shaped villa sits on a lush tropical garden featuring palm, frangipani, and orchid trees, which brings out the element of a tropical vibe. Most of the villa’s fun takes place around the 11 by 5-meter green-tiled infinity swimming pool. This spot invites everyone to experience the dip of the clear-sky blue waters at any time of the day. Alongside the wooden pool deck are several comfy sofas, loungers, and sunshades where guests can relax, soak up under the sun, or indulge in soothing Balinese massages.

Living areas
Living areas in our villa breathe elegance and fire. With soaring ceiling and hardwood floors, our main pavilion is massive exuding elegance and taste. Advancing an open-plan concept with large sliding glass doors, our living space is cooled by ceiling fans and bathed by natural light. At the heart of the spot include several coffee tables and comfy rattan armchairs facing flat-screen satellite television and DVD player. Inside the living pavilion is a small dining room with a massive wooden dining table with a seating for up to 12 people. At one end of the dining area is an open-plan kitchen spot fully equipped and furnished for guest use.

Bedrooms
Villa Eshara 1 is a high-pitched roof and spacious three-bedroom facility. The master bedroom complete with large sliding glass windows and doors to allow more natural light and it features a king-size bed, hardwood floors, and en-suite bathroom. Guest booked in this suite enjoy the soothing sounds of a waterfall from the outside.
The second bedroom, featuring louvered doors, is located next to the master suite and it is furnished with twin beds (with an option to be converted to a king-size bed) making it an ideal room for guests traveling with kids. It also features a marble en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking bathtub. The third bedroom, which is the second guest room, is located across a couple of towering coconut trees and a pool. Featuring king-size bed, this room has a high soaring wooden ceiling and naturally decorated interiors to bring out a relaxed ambiance. It also has an en-suite bathroom with both outdoor and indoor showers.

Staff and services
Villa Eshara 1 takes pride in having professionally trained staff to offer guests in a friendly way and warmly stay. The team here includes the villa manager, chef, housekeeper, butlers, security, and pool/garden attendant. This is a versatile property with independent bedrooms, private swimming pool, and sitting on a lush garden. Our L-shaped villa is hidden down a calm and quiet lane of East Street in Seminyak –a location known for cheerful cafes, finest restaurants, pulsating nightspots, designer boutiques, and cheap spas.

Outdoor and pool area
Just any other elite haven, our Villa Eshara ii boasts of its unique and private facilities and amenities. You will be excused for thinking that you have stepped into a king’s compound. Everything is perfect and breathes opulence and elegance. Our villa is set on a private walled tropical garden complete coconut palms, frangipani trees, and flowering plants. These features advance the concept of a tropical vibe. That is not enough though; welcome to our swimming pool area if you want to have the finest of the swimming entertainment. Our pool is long enough to support swim laps and water splashes. If you are exhausted, you can always soak under the sun or indulge in lovely Balinese massages relaxing on the comfy loungers set alongside the pool.

Living areas
Our living spaces are seductive and delightful designs explains it all. The brightly colored artwork, funky furnishings, lush fabrics, and fascinating artifacts are a few highlights defining our pavilion. The high-pitched roof and open-plan living area are complete with vast sliding glass doors that open up to a clear view of the surrounding. At the heart of the spacious living area are elegant marble floors, large comfy sofas, and a coffee table arranged to face a flat-screen television for ultimate comfort and entertainment. There is a dining room at the back right of the pavilion with a large dining table and a seating for up to eight people. At one end, just next to the dining room, sits an open-plan fully equipped kitchen for visitors use.

Bedrooms
With an overwhelming array of sybaritic pleasures virtually on your doorstep, Villa Eshara ii is surely one of the havens you would not like to leave. This is a spacious two-bedroom facility. The master suite, which is accessed from both the pool deck and living area, highly versatile and incredibly comfortable featuring tasteful furnishings, hardwood floors, king-size beds, and en-suite bathroom offering both outdoor and indoor rainfall showers.
The guestroom enjoys a direct access to the garden and pool area. It is furnished with convertible-to-king-size-bed twin bed and it features an en-suite bathroom with both outdoor and indoor showers.

Our property is a versatile haven ready to redefine what you initially knew about indulging in a luxury accommodation. Our accommodation spot is ideal for everyone from small families to romancing couples or even a large group of friends. We are tucked in between the expansive Petitenget Beach and Eat Street lane in Seminyak –a location known for stunning cafes, bars, restaurants, nightspots, and boutiques.

Outdoor and pool area
From the onset, you notice that our L-shaped villa sits comfortably on lush tropical garden complete coconut palms, flowering plants, and frangipani trees. Much of the villa’s fun takes place at our private lagoon-style swimming pool. This 15 by 5 meter green-tile pool is large enough to support water splashes, swim laps, and even typical pool games. Alongside the pool deck sits comfortable, reclining sunbeds where guests can lounge as they relax or unwind after a day long in the pool.

Living areas
Our villa has two separate living pavilions, but both feature similar design, amenities, and facilities. Complete with marble floors, soaring high roofs, and suffused in natural light, living areas in Villa Eshara iii are furnished with massive L-shaped sofas and coffee tables arranged to face wall-mounted flat-screen satellite television for optimum entertainment and comfort. There is a dining room on one side of each pavilion and features a large dining table and a seating for up to ten people enough for guests to unwind, dine, and relax after a daylong of Bali exploration. Private Chefs working from an open-plan fully equipped kitchen prepare meals.

Bedrooms
Our villa is a generous and spacious three-bedroom facility. The master suite, dressed up in marble floors and pitched roof, creates a stunning and natural ambiance. Featuring a king-size bed, this room is easily accessed through both the pool deck and pavilion. It also features a marble en-suite bathroom fitted with a soaking bathtub and outdoor rainfall shower.
The rest of the bedrooms, guestroom one and two, are designed in such a way that it faces the villa’s pool and the garden. One of the rooms is furnished with a king-size bed while the other features a twin-bed that can be converted into a king-size bed. With sliding doors, both rooms have high-pitched ceilings, hardwood floors, and en-suite bathrooms.
