About Villa Alea
Villa Alea is an exquisite holiday home comprising of three pavilions all designed with Balinese architecture. The first thing you see that tell of the villa’s affinity for Balinese tradition is the Joglo style roofs. But the inside is a juxtaposition -chic contemporary furnishings and luxurious comfort. The amenities combined with the rustic charm of the outdoors will give you a vacation worth remembering.
Villa Alea sits in the heart of Kerobokan. A 10-minute drive will get you to Seminyak – the tourist capital of Bali. Your excursion should include Oberoi District’s Eat Street that is synonymous with excellent dining venues. Top among these include La Lucciola, Mamasan, Metis and Sarong.
Don’t hesitate to meander around; you will encounter wonderous shopping centers, fashion stores, and antiquity stores. Seminyak beach is a happy climax – here you can make a bed on the sand and soak in some warm vitamins, or watch the sunset lunging in one of the beach bistros. When the moon rises, you can let off steam at a famous beach club like Ku Te De Ta or Potato Head.
The Exterior
The highlight on the exterior includes a peaceful garden flourishing with sweet-smelling flowers, green bushes, and towering palm trees. You will have a beautiful moment out in that quiet and peace. But that’s not all. There is the 15-meter swimming pool with clear waters waiting for your exploration. The pool deck contains cushioned beds and sits with large umbrellas where you can kick back and relax. A short distance from the pool lies a soft mattress in a thatched cabana- perfect for an afternoon massage.
The Living Space
The living areas feature a semi-outdoor design. It is breezy and well lit, sneaking in fragranced air and picturesque views of the outside. At the center of the alfresco living space, there are lavish lounges together with cushioned wooden chairs and benches. Families gather here for a tête-à-tête in the lazy evenings, as the chef does his magic in the adjacent kitchen area.
The dining area takes half of the living room pavilion. The area features a massive dinner table that can spaciously sit eight people. You together with your own friends or family can gather here for a taste of authentic Balinese cuisine, as well as your treats from back home. The kitchen sits behind the dining area and features modern equipment and appliances.
Bedrooms
Villa Alea is a five bedroomed holiday home. The main bedroom is in a segregated pavilion on the other side of the living room. This room has a lightly canopied king-sized bed and an architecturally stunning bathroom with an overhead shower and an outdoor stone bath. The main bedroom opens out to the swimming pool and garden areas through glass sliding doors. You can still catch those perfect views from the inside.
The other four bedrooms are all housed in the two-story building on the opposite side of the swimming pool. Two of these rooms are adorned with curtained king-sized beds while the other two feature dropped twin beds. The rooms on the top-floor open out to a big balcony that gives ample views of the swimming pool, the garden, and the terraced rice paddies. The bedrooms on the ground floor all led out to the pool and the garden. All the rooms feature an alfresco style bathroom with overhead showers.
Staff and Services
You won’t have to lift a finger; everything will be taken care off There is a buzzing team of motivated staff working in housekeeping, gardening, security, and personal guest service. If you like, you can ask for a babysitter, a laundry cleaner and a masseur all at an extra cost. Rental cars, bikes, and scooters are available to facilitate your trips to and from the villa.
