One of the best villa I've ever stayed in.
This place is very clean and well maintained.
Superb scenery
Quiet and a great place to unwind with good friends and family.
A team of excellent staff that took such good care of all of us.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They would try very hard to accommodate your requests.
I wanted grilled seafood for my dinner party.
Ayu, the person in charge made sure I got what I wanted
The private chef, Gidi is an excellent cook
We enjoyed both western and Indonesian cuisine during our stay
This is one place I will definitely come back to and will highly recommend my family and friends.
A big thank you to all the wonderful staff at ambalama Bali for making our stay so memorable.

Pure rest and relaxation in Villa Ambalama Bali, after an action-packed trip through South East Asia. An ideal place to recharge the batteries ahead of re-entry into the daily routine and work back home.
Wonderful and luxurious accomodation, fantastic service by Miss Ayu and her staff with great attention to detail, and a fanastic cook who whipped up the most delicious meals, seemingly out of nowhere. Ambalama has a good (and affordable) wine cellar too.
The villa has a chauffeur-driven car, which is constantly at the disposition of guests. Through this feauture, Ambalama has become extremely well located in Bali: in the quiet rice paddies along the coast yet close enough to trendy Semiyak, and less than two hours drive from Ubud through the beautiful hinterland.

I can not even put into words how amazing the staff is at this place. They are so nice and so helpful. We stayed two nights and felt like the only ones there. The pool is so amazing and over looks rice fields. If you're looking to relax away from all of the busy streets this is the place for you.

My girlfriend and I visited Ambalama Villa last week. The service and staff were incredible. Knock out views with amazing architecture. The rooms, building, and grounds are beautiful. I recommend this place 100%, it is worth it. The stay offered peace and tranquility. It is a relaxing place to enjoy.

This property is truly peaceful, with views across the gardens and neighbouring rice paddy fields. The villa is architecturally designed with many different spaces for lounging, reading, dining and relaxing in the sun or shade.
The staff are very friendly & attentive, they can organise almost any requirements such as in-room massage and beauty therapy. The in-house chef has a broad menu of local and western dishes and they can also cater for healthy wellness options.
The rooms are very private and allow to escape away from the main living and dining area.
It has been an unforgettable experience and I would recommend Ambalama Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat destination.

There is literally nothing bad someone could say about this place. The staff are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet and they go above and beyond to meet your needs. The pools, gardens and rooms are always immaculate with a beautiful view of the rice fields and mountains. This place makes you feel like you’re living a different life and I recommend anyone to go stay there even just to see the beautiful craftsman shop of the building

I spent a week at Ambalama with friends in September 2018 and had the most wonderful time. The villa was stunning and the staff looked after us wonderfully. We each had our own detached room with outdoor bathrooms which were a treat and the communal areas were perfect for us to meet in the evening. The menu is extensive and food delicious- we ate a variety of local dishes and had some favourites from the healthy menu too. The location is great as you can walk along the beach to Tanah Lot or towards Canggu and another highlight was a cycling tour that was organised to Tegallalang-stunning! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay Chris and the team- could not recommend it more!
