VIlla Arushi Complex

We loved this place. We stayed 4 nights. A driver picked us up from the airport and the housekeeper, Wayan, was there to meet us even though it was after 10pm when we arrived. She came every morning to cook us breakfast (she always checked what time and what we wanted the day before) and made our beds and cleaned. It was always immaculate, Wayan made delicious brekkies and she was super nice. Drinking water was provided, and there was ice in the freezer. The pool is delightfully cool and was always clean. There weren’t as many mosquitoes as I expected, as Wayan burnt mosquito coils and there was some sort of electrical mosquito repelling device in every room. The mosquito coils were there for when we needed them. The three rooms all have their own bathrooms and separate entrances. They are huge and the beds are huge. They all have tvs. We didn’t actually find occasion to turn them on once though! But i think they had cable channels? Not sure. The kitchen/living/dining is separate to the rooms. The aircon worked great. Each room has its own safe. Location is great. Close to many great cafes, restaurants, and shops, about 20 minutes walk from the beach, 20 minutes from Seminyak Square. We only caught taxis when it was too hot or we were short on time. Felt super safe and secure there, too. This was my first time to Bali and I loved it. My friends said it was the best villa they’d stayed in so far in all their visits to Bali. Maja

Great location, and the villa is nice, the location is very nice either, walkable, the a minimarket, the holy crab restauran, very easy access too, also they offer us a breakfast, and cleaning up the room, even the swimming pool :) Jennifer

I have stayed in many villas in Bali, but this one would have to be one of my favourites! Exactly like the photos, no surprises. Great location and the villa is cleaned daily. Breakfast on the first morning was delicious. We were going to get it again on other mornings, but there are so many nice breakfast places within walking distance. The mini set on the corner next to the villa is ideal for late night snacks or anything you might want during the stay. Would recommend to a family and friends and would definitely stay again! My two best girlfriends and I recently stayed here for four nights. We were utterly charmed by the rooms, the living area, the pool and our butler/chef - Wayan you were absolutely lovely to us! Some of the maintenance issues mentioned in other reviews are present, but are very minor. It would not hold up to scrutiny if compared to a five star New York hotel, but it's great for Bali!
