About the villa Avalon I
If one of your dreams is to explore Bali with complete peace of mind, then there’s no better place to help you achieve this objective than staying at Villa Avalon I. We are one of the three villas making up the infamous Avalon Bali Elite suites. Our facility is a stone throw away from the most-sought-after Kayu Putih beach in the northern part of Seminyak. This is arguably a quiet and tranquil location featuring a more rural setting. A 15-minute walk from the villa leads to the Canggu Plaza, often known for gelato stop, choice of eateries, and expat-focused supermarket.
Outdoor and pool area
Our Villa Avalon I is made of not one, not two, but up to three interconnected pavilions that fan out around a gorgeous swimming pool. From the gateway, you will see a beautiful landscape complete with tropical blooms to bring out the hype of a tropical accommodation. Within the extensive garden are also koi-filled lotus ponds beautified by river-stone water features, heritage teakwood Joglos, manicured bonsais to feed the soul, and moss-covered statuary.
Much of the villa’s entertainment takes place at our swimming pool area. The 14-meter long pool, featuring clear-sky blue waters located at the center of the three pavilions of Villa Avalon I invites guests to experience a dip any time of the day. Alongside the teakwood pool deck are several comfy loungers strategically placed for swimmers to unwind, chill-out, and relax enjoying a sunbathe after several hours of immersion. If swimming is not your thing or you just want to keep an eye on your kids as they swim around, then head over to the poolside Joglo.
Living areas
Living areas at Villa Avalon I is undeniably one of the estate’s most beautiful spots. Our villa’s upper-level living space is an electrifying open-plan sea breeze-and-fan cooled pavilion comprising of a formal and massive seating area. With a pool table, pool-playing guests will have their day here! Below is an elegant dining hall complete with a 3-meter dining table and a seating of up to 14 people. Right next to the dining room is a fully furnished kitchen area. The villa’s living area also includes an air-conditioned media room for guests to catch up the latest in the news and movies.
Bedrooms
Our villa is an air-conditioned four-bedroom unit providing beautiful sleeping space for up to 14 guests in 2 separate pavilions. Each of the bedrooms has top-of-the-range mattresses dressed up with snuggle duvets & plump pillows and stunning seating area complete with a satellite television and DVD player.
Two of the rooms are considered as the master en-suites are opulent in décor, facilities, and size. Each is made up of 4-poster king-size beds, antique tables, and elegant seating area sitting on highly polished teakwood floors. This is indeed a palatial sanctuary! They also feature air-conditioned en-suite bathrooms with massive walk-in wardrobe, statement bathtubs, remarkable twin marble vanities, and rainfall shower.
The rest of the bedrooms, called the guest suites, are tucked in the second sleeping pavilion. These are furnished with queen-size beds and elegant seating area with satellite television. The suite nestled downs open up onto the villa’s garden while the upstairs one boasts of a spacious terrace that overlooks the garden. Both bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms complete twin marble basins, freestanding bathtub, walk-in wardrobe, and rainfall shower.

Our property forms one of three most sought after villas of the Avalon Bali Elite estate. It is situated in Batubelig in Canggu, Bali. It a few strolls away from the infamous Kayu Putih beach in north Seminyak. Our villa’s location has been chosen strategically to give guests peace of mind as it is a quiet and a more rural setting place. Canggu Plaza, the home of well-known shops, boutiques, bars, and restaurants is only 15-minute walk away from the facility.
Outdoor and pool area
Villa Avalon II’s traditional Balinese entranceway leads guests onto a delightful private and walled garden. Our beautiful landscape is made of highly attractive features like tropical blooms, koi-filled lotus ponds with waterfall highlights, traditional teakwood Joglos, well-kept bonsais that ultimately feeds your soul, and of course, the moss-covered statuary –the venue to take those lovely selfies!
At the heart of the Villa Avalon II is a 7m by 4m by 1.5m swimming pool. Its clear, sky-blue waters invite everyone to experience a feel and a taste of a dip any time of the day. Alongside the pool’s deck are several comfy loungers where guests can sunbathe, enjoy massage sessions, or just unwind in style after long hours of immersion. A few meters from the pool lies shady Joglos for guests to relax as they enjoy a cool breeze from the pool while sipping up their favorite drinks. This is a spot for total relaxation and body rejuvenation!
Living areas
Our living space is formed from the 4-pillar heart of an all-inclusive Java’s teakwood Joglo, and its over-elaborately carved ceiling is an extravagance to behold. At the center of the living space roof is a stunning chandelier and all-weather rattan tables, making a semi-alfresco dining space for up to six people. A few meters from this small dining space is a fully equipped kitchenette.
Bedrooms
Our villa is a two-bedroom facility. Both rooms boast of a high vaulted ceiling complete with air conditioners, dramatic sense of space, arresting Balinese paintings, and handsome furnishings. One of the rooms features a king-size bed while the other has a queen-size bed. Guests both in both rooms have access to en-suite bathrooms fitted with rainfall showers, freestanding bathtubs, and generous wardrobe.

About the villa Avalon III
2019 is the year of comfort and luxury when it comes to the hospitality industry. There are many vacation accommodation spots in Bali, but there is hardly any that compares to our villa, the Villa Avalon III. We are among the three villas of the Villa Avalon complex. The facility is a few strolls away from Kayu Putih beach in Seminyak –a quiet place in a rural setting. It is only 15-minute walk from our villa and proximity to Canggu Plaza where you can access gelato shops, expat-focused supermarket, and choice of eateries.
Outdoor and pool area
Our traditional Balinese entranceway leads guests onto a lotus pond where you need a couple of steps to reach Buddha-head water highlights. The villa’s beautiful landscape has tropical foliage, heritage teakwood Joglos, moss-covered statuary, and well-kept bonsais. The highly manicured lawn grass presents the right spot for kids to play around.
Another defining feature in our outdoors is the swimming pool area. This is a 6m by 4m by 1.5m pool with clear waters that invites everyone to experience a dip. There are several comfy loungers alongside the pool deck for guests to relax enjoying massage sessions and sunbathes. The poolside Joglo is the spot to be if you need to read your favorite book or appreciate your drink as you enjoy a cool breeze from the pool.
Living areas
If the outdoor and pool area did impress you, then the living area will do that threefold. Our open-plan light-filled living pavilion boasts of large sliding glass windows and doors that open up to the views of sun-trap pool terrace. Inside the soaring rooftop are several highly upholstered sofas and armchairs grouped around a coffee table (glass-topped). These decors are then arranged to face a 42-inch flat-screen television complete with a home theatre sound system. Our living pavilion also includes a marble-topped island bar that separates the fully equipped kitchen area from the dining space, where 4 white leather armchairs are set about a formal table.
Bedrooms
Our facility, the Villa Avalon III, provides an excellent sanctuary for a couple who are out there looking for extra privacy. This master bedroom is accessed through a small lobby that is off the living pavilion. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed as well as a small seating area arranged to face the pool terrace. It also features an L-shaped palatial en-suite bathroom complete with statement bathtub, twin basins, rainfall shower, walk0in wardrobe, and separate dressing room.

At your services is a team of highly trained, skilled, and professional staff that includes villa engineer, butlers, chef, housekeeper, gardener/pool attendant, security guard, chef, and villa manager. We strive to provide five-star services, which include babysitting, housekeeping, spa & massage, in-house catering, airport transfers, Wi-Fi internet, and complimentary breakfast.
