About the villa
2019 is the year of comfort and luxury when it comes to the hospitality industry. There are many vacation accommodation spots in Bali, but there is hardly any that compares to our villa, the Villa Avalon III. We are among the three villas of the Villa Avalon complex. The facility is a few strolls away from Kayu Putih beach in Seminyak –a quiet place in a rural setting. It is only 15-minute walk from our villa and proximity to Canggu Plaza where you can access gelato shops, expat-focused supermarket, and choice of eateries.
Outdoor and pool area
Our traditional Balinese entranceway leads guests onto a lotus pond where you need a couple of steps to reach Buddha-head water highlights. The villa’s beautiful landscape has tropical foliage, heritage teakwood Joglos, moss-covered statuary, and well-kept bonsais. The highly manicured lawn grass presents the right spot for kids to play around.
Another defining feature in our outdoors is the swimming pool area. This is a 6m by 4m by 1.5m pool with clear waters that invites everyone to experience a dip. There are several comfy loungers alongside the pool deck for guests to relax enjoying massage sessions and sunbathes. The poolside Joglo is the spot to be if you need to read your favorite book or appreciate your drink as you enjoy a cool breeze from the pool.
Living areas
If the outdoor and pool area did impress you, then the living area will do that threefold. Our open-plan light-filled living pavilion boasts of large sliding glass windows and doors that open up to the views of sun-trap pool terrace. Inside the soaring rooftop are several highly upholstered sofas and armchairs grouped around a coffee table (glass-topped). These decors are then arranged to face a 42-inch flat-screen television complete with a home theatre sound system. Our living pavilion also includes a marble-topped island bar that separates the fully equipped kitchen area from the dining space, where 4 white leather armchairs are set about a formal table.
Bedrooms
Our facility, the Villa Avalon III, provides an excellent sanctuary for a couple who are out there looking for extra privacy. This master bedroom is accessed through a small lobby that is off the living pavilion. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed as well as a small seating area arranged to face the pool terrace. It also features an L-shaped palatial en-suite bathroom complete with statement bathtub, twin basins, rainfall shower, walk0in wardrobe, and separate dressing room.
Staff and services
At your services is a team of highly trained, skilled, and professional staff that includes villa engineer, butlers, chef, housekeeper, gardener/pool attendant, security guard, chef, and villa manager. We strive to provide five-star services, which include babysitting, housekeeping, spa & massage, in-house catering, airport transfers, Wi-Fi internet, and complimentary breakfast. Our guest should note that any service not listed herein might be provided upon request.
