About Villa Bayad
Situated in the calm area surrounded by original Indonesian country life as well as landscapes is villa Bayad. This villa has four bedrooms, and it is designed by Pop Danes, an S.E Asian architect. It has customary Balinese pavilions blended with 5-star facilities. Villa Bayad is perfect for families or a large group looking for a tranquil and deluxe gateway near Ubud`s center. The elegance and size of this villa make it an ideal area for special events like weddings.
Outdoor and pool area
You can take some time and walk around the garden which is expansive (8000m2). It has green tropical greenery, a bridge with a fantastic view and fish ponds. There is a curvaceous 18-meter infinity swimming pool, and it has sunbeds surrounding it and a customary bale that seems to be floating on water. Besides, the villa has an air-conditioned private gym as well as a small kitchenette with a BBQ for a garden party. Opposite the garden is a little plunge pool a few meters away is a fully equipped yoga area.
Living pavilion
The main living area leads to a large veranda surrounded by fish ponds and two customary bales for one to lounge. The living area is designed with a magnificent art collection that owners via their tours in Lombok. There is a comfy seating pavilion featuring rattan furniture, a wooden dining table for dinner and a large open kitchen that is fully equipped.
This living area also has an air-conditioned entertainment area with a considerable sofa facing a cinema set, and there is also a closet with books, board games as well as magazines. In the garden, there is a second living area featuring a wooden dining table as well as an open kitchen for visitors.
Bedrooms
This villa features 4 bedrooms named after different regions in Bali. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has canopied queen-size beds and a TV and a DVD player. The master bedroom is located in the Tenganan house. It is large and classy with vintage and rattan furniture and numerous customary art-pieces. It also has private terraces, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom which has a rain shower, twin sinks, a toilet and it is attached to the spa.
Next to the master bedroom and the spa is a Klung Kung house. It is open to the 3 garden sides, and the bed can be changed to twin beds. The Ubud, as well as the Singaraja houses, are situated on the garden`s other side near the plunge pool and the second pavilion. These rooms have private verandas, and there are turquoise tiles and Open-air rain showers in the bathroom.
