About the villa
Are you looking for one of the leading holiday accommodation spots in Bali? If so, then consider no further than our villa, the Villa Bandega Nui. Our facility, under the umbrella of Bandega Villas, is designed to respect the proportion, symmetry, and style of customary Balinese architecture blend with a modern tropical design. Set in an acre piece of tropical garden, our property overlooks the undulating rice fields, and it lies on the outskirts of the fishing village of Nelayan in the district of Canggu. The haven is only a twenty-minute drive away from the shops and restaurants of cosmopolitan Seminyak. You will need only one hour to reach Ubud cultural center and thirty minutes to Bali’s international airport.

Outdoor and pool area
Villa Bandega Nui sits squarely on an extensive private garden. Our property’s lawns are dotted with oil palms, African tulip, jasmine, and frangipani trees, as well as an abundance of tropical fruits. Another highlighting feature visible around the villa’s garden is the koi-filled ponds –a true definition of peaceful living.

Within the private walled garden of our villa is a swimming pool. This is a plunge pool featuring a sun deck inviting guests to experience the feel of an immersion any time of the day. The sun deck typically hidden below the pool is the defining opportunities for ultimate relaxation. The infinity-edge pool, measuring 11m by 11m by 2m is the place to be during a lazy afternoon, and it is large enough for guests who are serious about swimming. This pool is also ideally positioned for afternoon cocktails. Next to the breezy pool are massive built-in daybeds and a round table for up to ten people.

Living areas
Our living space is defined by two sets of large sliding glass doors that reveal the spectacular views of the villa’s garden, rice fields, and the pool area. The fan-cooled space, with a seating of up to 12 people, is lavishly furnished black teak couches and oversized armchairs set about matching coffee tables and arranged to face a wall-mounted flat-screen television.

To the right corner of the living pavilion is a wooden-floored dining room showcasing a five-meter, massive dining table with a seat of up to twenty people. The kitchen at our villa reflects the owner’s affection for cooking. It is fully fitted and air-conditioned.

Bedrooms
Our villa is a four-bedroom facility, and all of them are designed to overlook the luxuriant Canggu’s rice fields. All the rooms are equipped with television, DVD player, iPod dock, and minibar. One of the rooms, the large and very private bedroom, has large sliding doors that open onto the villa’s private garden. The facility can accommodate up to ten adults in three king-size bedded rooms and two twin-bedded rooms –which is convertible to a king-bedded room. The master bedroom, called the Purple room, features a canopy 4 poster king-size bed facing a private balcony. It also has a large, walk-in dressing area, and fully-furnished and fitted en-suite bathroom.

The Green Room, Orange Room, and Turquoise Room are all situated upstairs and features similar facilities and amenities. They have four-poster king-size beds, private terrace, and en-suite bathrooms. They also enjoy unobstructed views of the gardens, rice fields, and pool area. Black & White Room and Optional one-bedroom suite are located downstairs, and features own seating area, convertible-to-king-size twin beds, and rainfall shower en-suite bathrooms.

About the villa
Guests looking to experience hospitality at its best are at the helm of fulfilling their dream upon booking a space at our villa, the Villa Bandega Rato. Our facility is one of the two Bandega villas, and it is superbly designed to offer five-star comforts in a modern Bali style. We are tucked in a small fishing rural area in Canggu. If you know this destination, then you must have seen padded rice fields –which arguably forms the villa’s surrounding. Our facility is a few minutes drive away from the restaurants and shops of the infamous cosmopolitan Seminyak. It is a 30-minute drive from the facility to the Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Outdoor and pool area
Villa Bandega Rato has been planned carefully to maximize its 1,700 square meters piece of land amidst the padded rice terraces of Canggu. Our villa is accessed through two massive Javanese traditional teak doors. From here, guests will be greeted will well-manicured lawn grass garden that it is dotted with tropical foliage including jasmine, African tulip, frangipani, and oil palms. Besides the profusion of tropical fruits, guests will step across several koi ponds on their way to the villa’s living and dining pavilion.

Another statement sitting on the lush tropical garden is an 18 by 7-meter grey slate swimming pool. This is an excellent spot to spend your lazy afternoon unwinding and enjoying sessions of pool immersion. If swimming isn’t your thing, then you may head over to the pool bale where you can experience a sip of your favorite cocktail or read your novel/magazine.

Living areas
Our villa has vaulted, spacious, and open-plan living space and dining area. It features three sets of large sliding glass doors that open up to the outside so guests can enjoy magnificent views of the pool and garden. Our sitting area is made up of six, highly stylish seats ornate by two over-sized teak sofas and several armchairs set about coffee tables.

Our dining space is one of its kind! It comprises of a spectacular black hardwood table with seating for up to 12 people. This space is furnished with elegant and antique art pieces. Adjoining the living area is a fan-cooled media room featuring a 55-inch satellite channel flat-screen television complete with DVD player and Sonos surround system.

Bedrooms
Our villa is a four-bedroom facility. We can luxuriously accommodate six guests in 3 king-size bedded rooms tucked in the main villa. There is a separate master suite with a private plunge bale and pool to create the 4th double room. If you needed, there is also an option to add three foldaway beds in each of the bedrooms. In a nutshell, all the bedrooms in our villa are tastefully furnished, generously sized, and features modern en-suite bathrooms as well as sitting areas and balconies.
