Villa Daria 2 Bedroom B

I have been in Daria Villas for three nights with my boyfriend and it was the better way to enjoy the south and central Bali. From Daria Villas you can easily reach Kuta, Uluwatu, Sanur, Canggu and other places. The Villa is comfortable and the pool is very funny. The staff is so kind and helpfull. They prepared for us a big breakfast every morning. I loved especially the pancake and French toast. I wanna go back so much. – Luana

This is THE place to stay in Seminyak. Our family of 13 stayed in the AWESOME 5 bedroom villa. Beautiful rooms, pool and garden. Grand kids thought we were living like kings. Great large bedrooms, superb clean bathrooms for each room. The staff were absolutely wonderful, coming in to cook breakfast each morning with a smile. Everyone from the manager, Sandra, to the staff, our “security” man were all so very friendly. Quiet area yet everything you need around you. Short trip by taxi to Legian/Kuta. Any problems/issues sorted out straight away (not that we had many). Thanks to Sandra and the staff we WILL be making that our permanent place to stay when in Bali. Our family of 5 adults and one 12 year old child stayed here, the 5 bedroom villa for 1 week, and then the 3 bedroom villa for 1 week. The first one was large and well appointed, clean and comfortable. Sandra and her girls were fantastic, they looked after us very well. My grandson had his birthday whilst there, and she arranged a beautiful cake for him and a banner wishing him a Happy Birthday. They took our laundry for us, and brought it back the next day. We only paid the going rate too! The 2nd property wasn’t as comfortable, although the bedrooms (with ensuites) were great, we ended up bringing in the sun lounges for more comfortable seating. We really liked it there, the only thing was, we were a bit away from the action. Then again, taxis are cheap! – Christine

We enjoyed our stay at Daria villas and thank the staff for their excellent service, the cooked breakfast and all the help given to us to make our first holiday to Bali very pleasant. We were well looked after at the 5 bedroom Villa by Sandra and her staff. She was attentive and responded to Whatsapp messages promptly to arrange anything from stocking the fridge with groceries & BinTang or to arrange transport to Ubud, to an iron!. Sandra also brought us some surprises and arranged a lovely farewell lunch for us. Nothing was too much trouble Delicious breakfasts made by Wayan and 2 other lovely ladies. To make the pool safe for the kids, we hired a pool fence and a gate for the steps. Madee provided an airconditioned van to take us to Ubud and Bali Zoo. – jaybeen

We stayed at Daria Villas with our entire family for our Bali holiday, with a group of four families totalling 21 people. We used all four villas, including the 5 bedroom villa, the 3 bedroom villa, and both 2 bedroom villas. Some of our experiences: BOOKING: Communication was via email, and Wawi provided quick responses, and was very helpful in answering all our questions. We made payment in advance, which was done in part via PayPal, and the remainder via direct bank transfer to an Australian account. Everything went smoothly, and Wawi’s service was friendly and excellent throughout this process. VILLAS: The five bedroom villa is the largest and most luxurious one, with larger bedrooms (including mosquito netting around the beds) and bathrooms. But all the villas had king sized beds, and we had the option of additional single beds if needed. Every bedroom had its own bathroom attached, with shower and toilet and vanity/sink. Each villa also had a large outdoor living area, and separate swimming pool, which was cleaned daily. All the bedrooms also had their own airconditioning, making for a comfortable sleeping environment. FOOD: As part of our stay, a cooked breakfast was provided daily, at the time of our choice. We could choose from three options: eggs (fried/scrambled/omelette) on toast, pancakes/french toast, or Indonesian. Coffee/tea was also provided with these meals, as well as fresh fruit (pineapple, watermelon, papaya). Staff were friendly and did a great job, and the food was excellent. One one occasion we paid the staff to make dinner for us, which was quite cheap, and tasted fantastic (satay chicken, nasi goreng, and noodles). SERVICE: We were well looked after by the staff, who came in every morning to clean our rooms, make up our beds, and replace our towels. A friendly security guard was also on active duty at the entrance to the villas. We were also provided daily with mosquito coils and personal repellant. Our flight home was cancelled, so we needed to stay an extra day, but Wawi was very helpful and accommodating in enabling us to stay longer (fortunately they weren’t booked with someone else immediately after us), and we really appreciated his kindness and assistance. TRANSFER: As part of our stay, we were provided with transfers to and from the airport. We were met at the airport, and this all went very smoothly, even though we arrived quite late at night. LOCATION: The location is terrific – it’s fairly close to Eat Street where there are lots of restaurants, and yet it is not in the more expensive part of Seminyak. We found the location convenient and ideal for exploring, a bit out of the way, and yet everything is easily accessible via a cheap taxi ride. There’s also a Coco Supermarket about 10 minutes walk away, as well as several corner shops (e.g. Circle K) closer by. Overall, I can only have very positive things to stay about our experience at Daria Villas, and the excellent care we received from Wawi and his staff. If I was returning to Bali, this would be one of the first places I would look into, because I would happily stay here again, and can highly recommend it! – Albany
