About Villa Ku Estate
Ku Estate is a villa complex comprising of Villa Ku Estate and Villa Ku Dua. These six-bedroom holiday homes are close to Petitenget beach in Seminyak. In this residence, you will indulge in luxurious facilities and amenities. The ideal location of the villa complex will ensure that you, your family and friends have an unforgettable vacation in Bali. The estate has everything doubled- two swimming pools, to dining and living areas and two stunningly landscaped compounds. You will find the escape you seek in the serene atmosphere.
Gado-Gado beach is a stone’s throw distance from Ku Estate. From the villa, you can go sightseeing and exploring Seminyak’s offerings without worrying about transport. There are dining venues on Oberoi’s street worth exploring, and nightclubs on the beach including Ku De Ta. Whatever you do, you will take home happy memories.
The Outdoors
The beauty of the exterior is almost blinding, and there are plenty of things to do. Apart from just drinking in the picturesque view of the estate, you can dive in for a swim or play water sports with your loved one. You can lounge in the sunbeds by the pool, meditate in the gardens or nap your afternoon in under the tree sheds. The sound of the breaking waves and music of the birds will calm your thoughts.
Living Areas
The two villas, Ku Empat, and Ku Dua all have private living and dining areas. You can choose whichever your heart desires. Villa Ku Empat has a spacious traditional style pavilion that also features outdoor living. Villa Dua is more intimate, perfect for a small group of friends or lovers. Both these living spaces are lively with natural light and Balinese decor and architecture.
The two living spaces in the villa estate have Tv Vest with modern DVD players. There is also a bar with comfy seats and an array of drinks at Villa Ku Empat. There are dining spaces as well, and kitchens open for use by the guests.
Bedrooms
The two villas at Ku Estate house seven bedrooms in total. The rooms are air-conditioned complete with king-sized beds. The master bedroom has a media lounge with a full-screen TV on the wall. The other places have TVs as well. Through the glass panels, guests will be able to enjoy garden views from the comfort of their beds. All the bedrooms include an ensuite alfresco style bathroom with a rain shower and natural stone tubs.
Staff and Services
Service is to the point with a team of staff ready to take care of guests needs in all the villas. There is a team of gardeners, security guards, housekeepers, and cleaners. At an extra cost, you can request for a chauffeur, a masseur or a private chef. You can also keep your perfect shape at the fully equipped gym in the estate.
