About the villa
If you are looking for a place to satisfy the fussiest of vacation makers, then there is no doubt that our villa, the Villa Portsea, is the place to be. The villa was designed by a couple from Australia who regularly visited Bali for the last twenty years. They finally decided to build their villa based on their experiences and needs, and that is our Villa Portsea was born. Our facility is situated in one of the trendy and fashionable parts of Seminyak –a region where you will find all the best nightclubs, restaurants, and shops. The popular Eat Street is three minutes away from the villa by taxi.
Outdoor and pool area
While our villa is not too far away from Seminyak beach, there are plenty of things at the villa’s outdoors. The very first thing you will see upon entering the 24/7 guarded main gate is a well-kept lawn garden with frangipani and palm trees to advance the element of tropical accommodation. Much of the villa’s fun takes place at the infinity swimming pool that invites everyone to have a dip and feel of clear sky-blue waters. Comfortable loungers are spread alongside the pool deck so guests can soak up under the sun after a day long in the pool or indulge in massage sessions.
Living areas
If the outdoors did impress you, then the indoors, and specifically the living area, will impress you threefold. The air-conditioned, spacious, and 3.2-meter ceilings pavilion gives guests a sixth sense of space. The bi-folded door can be opened or closed to unveil the pool area –a spot for stunning views while chilling out! Inside are comfy loungers and sofas facing a large television, DVD player, and sound system for optimum comfort and entertainment. The living room includes a dining area with two sofa chairs and a six-seater dining table for visitors to relax while satisfying their appetites. There is a fully furnished modern kitchen with a massive Samsung refrigerator for a continuous supply of fresh, cold, and drinkable water.
Bedrooms
Villa Portsea is a spacious one-bedroom facility. Each of the bedrooms has a king-size bed complete with walk-in robes featuring plenty of space to place or hang your clothing. These air-conditioned rooms have security safes and large en-suite bathrooms with double showers plus hand basins. Privacy is at breeze at these rooms thanks to full-length block-out blinds that also keep the indoors cool.
Staff and services
Villa Portsea is, without doubt, delivers a five-star experience as seen from the services it offers to guests. During the day, there is one (or sometimes two) full-time staff whose role is to serve breakfast and/or perform a series of villa duties. Other team members include a security guard, housekeeper, villa manager, and butler. Some of the services you will expect to get include motorbike rental, free parking, free Wi-Fi internet, housekeeping, laundry & pressing, spa & massage, free breakfast, and in-house catering. Any other service not listed herein may be provided upon request.
