About the Villa
Nestled in the quiet town of Kerobokan in Bali, Villa Sin Sin is the brainchild of the legendary Sin Sin Man and Gianni Francione. It embodies aspects of Balinese culture that have been infused with elements of modern style to offer guests all the luxuries of city life with the ambience of the gorgeous Balinese countryside. The luxurious holiday complex, which consists of three separate two-bedroomed villas, is conveniently located between Canggu and Seminyak—two bustling towns where you can dine, shop, and party to your heart’s content. Unobstructed views of the rolling rice paddies of Canggu in addition to a luxurious swimming pool for each villa and all the amenities you need to feel right at home will ensure that a stay here is as magical as it gets.

Outdoor and Pool Area
Guests will be treated to a private 12-meter pool in each of the three villas, which is surrounded by tropical flora and manicured gardens where they can enjoy a day of relaxing and socializing. Sun chairs and thatched-roof bales provide plenty of relaxing spots whether you want to soak up the sun or enjoy an afternoon siesta. You can enjoy meals by the pool thanks to the alfresco dining spot then later move to one of the bales for a nice evening of drinking and chatting with friends.
Living Area
The open-plan living area in each of the three villas will give you full access to the verdant gardens outside, which is gorgeously adorned by lush tropical plants. High thatched roofs make the rooms seem airy and free, and you will certainly enjoy the comfortable sofas that are scattered around to give you plenty of places where you can relax and enjoy your surroundings. As for dining, you can choose to have your chef-prepared meals at the alfresco by the pool, in the indoor dining area that faces the pool, or upstairs on the terrace where you’ll get a clear view of the ocean. The kitchens are well-equipped with all the amenities you need to make delicious meals, and you can always request the services of a private chef.
Bedrooms
Each of the six air-conditioned bedrooms offers a massive king-size bed along with exciting views of the pool, the garden, and the rice terraces. You’ll enjoy the luxury and privacy of four-poster beds no matter which villa you choose as well as partially open en-suite bathrooms that feature stone bathtubs and tropical foliage growing all around. Allow the warm, wooden interiors to soothe you into a deep state of relaxation as you enjoy a book or get some well-deserved rest.
Staff and Services
A villa manager overlooks the complex which is run by housekeeping personnel, security guards, garden, and pool maintenance staff who strive to make your stay as hassle-free as possible. You can request a personal assistant as well as laundry and massage services at small extra costs.
