Outdoor and pool area

The villa has an exotic garden surrounded by tropical kind of trees, which is a clever mix of modern European and traditional Indonesian aesthetics. That is not enough though; there are plenty of swimming pools evenly distributed across the garden. These polls will never stop amazing its visitors. On one end of the pool, for instance, sits a traditional Javanese Gladak house, the perfect massage spot. Along the poolside, there grow tall palm trees swaying majestically as the soft wind blows across the garden to bring tropical holiday ambiance into reality. On both ends of the pool, there rest comfy parasols and sunbeds to relax, sip cocktails, read your favorite novel, and even have a simple work out before resuming your swimming activities. The sky-blue pool is about twenty meters long, excellent for lap swimming and other pool competitions!

Living areas

If you want to take a break from daily routine in an exotic and safe cocoon, then the open-plan living rooms of Tiga Puluh will make your dream come true! There is a BBQ inside the villa where you can spend your lazy afternoon with loved ones having a taste of fresh exotic juices. The state-of-the-art living pavilion is an explicit definition of contemporary style meeting the traditional charm, original artwork, and antiques. Inside the pavilion are rattan carpets, natural custom furniture, and bamboos coaches with lots of pillows made from gorgeous traditional textiles. There is also a 16-seater teak dining table surrounded by lavish industrial chairs. Lighting is not a problem here as enormous handcrafted rattan lamps illuminate the entire living area. Other amenities include well-furnished air conditioning system, ceiling fans, and TV room with board games, books, and DVDs. Whether it is morning, afternoon, or evening, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your meals, drinks, or snacks with a breeze.

Bedrooms

Set around an alluring swimming pool, all the seven Tiga Puluh’s bedrooms take the silhouette of a private bungalow. These rooms are elegantly designed and decorated with beautiful carpets and wooden floorings to make you feel at home, and it has all the luxuries needed to shelter your dreams. Just like the living areas, all the bedrooms are air-conditioned with high-quality beds, satellite televisions, DVD players, and everything else in between. Each room has its private en-suite bathroom fitted with showers and a bathtub. The master bedroom features a huge private dressing room connected to the en-suite bathroom. The two deluxe suites again feature dressing rooms, but their bathrooms and tubs are semi-open. The other four bedrooms have outdoor showers and two of them can be interconnected to create a family suite if need be. If not all the seven bedrooms are occupied, one of the suites can be transformed into a spa room. The villa has the capacity to accommodate up to sixteen guests.
