Our private paradise is a brand new villa offering the very best services, amenities, and facilities –everything here is all about experiences that will remain in your memory forever.
Villa Totem is situated in the heart of Sanur, which is a walking distance to the beach and five minutes to downtown. This location is safe, private, and protected area. The villa’s surrounding comprises of an abundance of tropical vegetation, padded rice fields, and pleasant no-traffic-noise neighborhood. The Ngurah Rai International Airport is about 20-minute drive away from our property.
Outdoor and pool area
Villa Totem is nestled right at the center of a lush tropical garden explicitly beautified by meticulously manicured lawns dotted with a variety of exotic foliage. The abundance of spaces within the courtyard makes it ideal for hosting social events like wedding and birthdays.
Villa Totem never runs short of plenty of relaxing spots, and that vibe is cleverly advanced an iridescent infinity swimming pool tucked at the center of the garden. This is an incredibly clean pool (please note that is cleaned three times per week –so the PH is perfectly at the right point) with waters echoing the image of the villa. It invites everyone to experience a dip and thereafter soak up on one of the comfortable, reclining sun loungers placed alongside the pool deck.
Living areas
Our private paradise offers a complete and elegant lounge that comprises of a living area, dining space, and kitchen zone. The air-conditioned and open-sided living room is designed to overlook the swimming pool and garden. It features L-shaped sofas set to face a huge wall-mounted flat-screen television. Guests can enjoy their delicious meals as they get around one of the six armchairs surrounding the huge wooden dining table set in the dining area. A fully equipped western style kitchen is situated right next to the dining area for a self-catering experience.
Bedrooms
Villa Totem is a spacious, luscious two-bedroom facility designed to accommodate up to four guests. All the rooms are tastefully appointed and features high-speed internet, cable television, hardwood-tiled floors, wardrobes, air-conditioning, king-size beds with high-quality linens, and en-suite bathrooms complete with luxury tropical shower, bathtub, and toiletries like shampoo and shower gel.
Staff and services
Our facility is fully staffed with a dedicated team of staff that ensures guests have had a memorable stay. Always at your service is a full-time villa manager, housekeeper, garden/pool attendant, security guard, masseuse, and private chef. We pledge to offer a wide range of hospitality services. It includes housekeeping, daily cleaning (and laundry) service, 24hr security service, free parking, free Wi-Fi internet service, in-house catering, complimentary breakfast, and spa & massage services –the list is just endless.
